  1. IDR 300 billion · Hotel property acquisition

    One of our Partners successfully represented an acquisition and disposition of a well-known hotel property in Jakarta, providing strategic legal advice and overseeing the execution of all legal aspects of a transaction valued at more than 300 billion Rupiah.

  2. IDR 1.6 trillion · Fraud & money laundering

    One of our Partners represented the victim in a high-profile fraud and money laundering case involving alleged losses of approximately 1.6 trillion Rupiah. The engagement included providing strategic legal advice, preparing and filing a police report at the Indonesian National Police (Bareskrim Polri), and representing the client's interests throughout the criminal investigation proceedings.

  3. PKPU dismissed · Central Jakarta District Court

    Our Partners represented one of the debtors in a Suspension of Debt Payments (PKPU) proceeding before the Central Jakarta District Court. The debtor was part of a holding company based in the Netherlands. Through our representation, the PKPU filing was successfully dismissed.

  4. Retained counsel · Listed cosmetics & FMCG group

    One of our Partners serves as retained legal counsel to one of Indonesia's leading publicly listed cosmetics and FMCG groups, advising the parent company and more than five subsidiaries across diverse industries, including entities affiliated with foreign investors. The engagement encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and strategic legal matters.

  5. Joint venture · Indonesia–Japan

    One of our Partners acted as legal counsel in the establishment of a cross-border joint venture between an Indonesian company and a Japanese company operating in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, cosmetics, and healthcare industries. The company is now successfully operating in Indonesia and has expanded its business across the globe.
